Managing Director and Lead Architect
As Managing Director for Vestibule Solutions, Christopher Lovold combines his technical understanding with his knowledge of the international marketplace. He ensures that Vestibule Solutions' products and services time-to-market and technical architecture stay ahead of the market securing the future and sustainability of the company and that of our clients.
Christopher holds a BA in Communications and Public Relations from American University and a Masters in Information Systems from the London School of Economics. Christopher has over 15 years experience managing and architecting large-scale information systems projects for the US defence industry. Most recently, Christopher took on the Directorship for a mobile payments company in London which under Christopher's leadership quickly became the European market leader.
Iselin Skogland
Sales & Marketing
Iselin Skogland is a
hospitality industry specialist and joined Vestibule Solutions to
lead our Sales & Marketing team. She is tasked with building
market share for our products and services, including the Elina
product range, in the European marketplace whilst ensuring that
Vestibule Solutions' development continues to evolve with our
clients' needs and the pulse of the industry.
Born and bred into the Hospitality industry, Iselin has over a decade experience in hotel and resort operations, project management, travel management and training and corporate education. She has also been published and is a yearly reviewer for several Information System Conference Publications in North America. Iselin Skogland holds a Bachelor from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration and a Masters in Information Systems from the London School of Economics. She has started several entrepreneurial initiatives combining hospitality and technology including a specialist e-hotel consultancy.

As a state-of-the-art technology provider we have to keep our software suite in continuous development. Our product development team keeps innovating making the Elina hospitality suite better and better. With so many modules and functions, there is always something to do and improve. Our customers also provide a lot of inspiration for improvements and new functionality, so our development team is always kept on their toes to create the best possible experience for our customers and their guests alike.

Service and support are part of parcel of the Elina Hospitality Management Suite package. Our VS Concierge service offers our clients the training, help and support that they need. Whether it is when they are first getting started with using the Elina Suite or for advanced training qualifications - the VS Concierge is our account management solution, which gives our clients one main point of contact for all their queries. This is yet another Elina feature which saves time and enables our clients to work as efficiently as possible with the software suite.
